The EXAKT 50 is the workhorse in any product development lab. Its compact
size and compact price make it ideal for dispersing small amounts of pigment
or chemicals in inks, pastes, thick films, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products
and many more applications.
The EXAKT 50 is available with the following features:

A larger
and more substantial machine than the EXAKT 50 is the EXAKT 80
which provides greater production capacity. The larger diameter rollers also
provide more shear force during processing. And, since more force can
generate more heat in the product, the EXAKT 80 is available
with an internal heating/cooling system for the rollers.
The EXAKT 80 is available with the following features

Additional Features
- Heating & Cooling System for the Rollers
All EXAKT "S" Series models can be equipped with an internal circulation system for heating or cooling the rollers. This must be installed at the factory during initial construction. EXAKT also provides a heating/cooling device if a chilled or hot water source is not available.
- Solvent Dispensers
With increased viscosity of product and increased friction, the additional heat can be generated along the plastic guides that direct the flow of product. The product dispensers deliver additional liquid or solvent to the area most likely to become dry, resulting in a smoother flow of product and ease in cleaning.
